What you are looking at
Usfans is a shopping agent. You give it a link to an item on Taobao, Weidian or 1688; it buys the item from the Chinese seller, receives it at its warehouse, photographs it so you can check it, and ships it to your country together with anything else you bought. A Usfans spreadsheet is simply a list of such links, usually a Google Sheet passed around on Reddit, TikTok or Discord, with every row prepared for ordering through Usfans.
Searches for Usfans have grown quickly in 2026. Our keyword data shows about 30,600 searches a month worldwide, and the biggest share does not come from the US, as the name might suggest. Spain leads with roughly 14,800, followed by France and then the United States. That shapes this site: alongside English, there is a Spanish section and a short French one, and the country guides start with Madrid.
A Usfans spreadsheet is a ready-to-order list; Usfans does the buying, checking and shipping.
First check: are you on the real Usfans?
Search for "Usfans spreadsheet" and you will find page after page of sites that look official. Many of them repeat the same paragraphs almost word for word, promising tens of thousands of indexed products and dozens of influencers maintaining the catalogue. They are third-party template sites, not Usfans. Some only collect sign-ups through referral links; others could ask for a login. Before you paste a link or a card number anywhere, check three things:
| Check | Real Usfans | Warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Domain | usfans.com or the official app | Hyphens, extra words or other endings, such as us-fans.com |
| What the site does | Lets you paste a link and order | Only lists products and pushes a sign-up link |
| Payment | Inside your Usfans account | Payment requested by chat, bank transfer or a "verification" page |
Our real-site check goes through this in detail, including what the official logo and app listing look like and how to read the agent's mixed review record.
Paste links and pay only on usfans.com or the official app; everything else is a third party.
What Usfans says it offers, and what is disputed
The official homepage makes four concrete promises: three to five free QC photos of each item, 90 days of free storage in its warehouse, more than 200 shipping lines and delivery to more than 200 countries and regions. It also says you can order simply by pasting an item link. Those are the facts we can tie to Usfans itself.
The service fee is where sources stop agreeing. Usfans markets "no price markup", yet independent reviewers quote very different figures: one says 5%, another 0 to 3%, and a third declined to print any number because it could not verify one. The only reliable figure is the one on your own order screen.
| Term | What we found | Source |
|---|---|---|
| QC photos | 3–5 free per item | usfans.com |
| Free storage | 90 days | usfans.com |
| Shipping lines | 200+, to 200+ countries and regions | usfans.com |
| Service fee | "No price markup" vs 0–3% vs 5% | Usfans marketing vs independent reviews |
| Languages | English and Spanish interface | Independent agent directory |
| Payment | PayPal among the options | Independent review |

Photos, storage and line count come from Usfans itself; treat any fee figure online as unconfirmed.
Ordering from a Usfans spreadsheet, start to finish
- Open the row's link or copy the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address it points to.
- Paste it into the search box on usfans.com, pick the size and colour, and add it to your cart.
- Pay for the item and domestic delivery to the warehouse; this is the first of two payments.
- Check the QC photos when the item arrives, and request extra angles if a detail is unclear.
- Choose a line and pay for international shipping, which depends on weight, size and destination.
- Track the parcel and keep your order records until it arrives.
Spreadsheet links built for other agents work too, because every link carries the marketplace's own item number. Our link helper extracts that number and gives you a clean link to paste into Usfans.
Two payments, one photo check: the item first, then the shipping once you have seen it.
Lines by country: where Usfans differs
Usfans is unusual in how much of its audience is in Europe, and its line list reflects that. Spanish buyers search for a dedicated Spain line, and one buyer reported a parcel arriving 11 days after ordering. An independent directory lists DHL options with duties paid to the US, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Australia, with delivery quoted at about five to ten days. Line names and prices change, so treat these as pointers and compare at checkout.
| Country | What matters most | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Spain | The Spain line, 21% IVA, the €3 EU duty per item category | Madrid · Línea española |
| France | IOSS lines, 20% VAT, the €3 duty | Paris |
| United States | Duties since 2025; DDP lines settle them upfront | New York |
| Germany | 19% import VAT and the €3 duty | Berlin |
| Italy | 22% VAT, longer transit reported | Rome |
For costs and delivery times in more depth, see Usfans shipping, or estimate a parcel with the shipping estimator.
Pick the line by country first, then by price; the cheapest line is not always the one that arrives without charges.
Usfans or another agent? Compare them here
Most buyers who search for Usfans already know at least one other agent, and many are moving after CNFans and ACBuy closed in August 2026. Each card below opens a page comparing that agent with Usfans on fees, storage, photos, lines and trust, with the date we last checked it.

Guides in Spanish and French
Because Spain and France together account for most Usfans searches, the key guides exist in their languages. The Spanish section explains how to buy on Usfans, collects buyer opinions, covers the Spain line, QC photos, coupons and where to find working links. The French section answers what Usfans is and summarises buyer reviews.
Spanish and French readers get guides written for them, not machine translations of this page.
How to use this site
Start with the real-site check, then the review, then the shipping guide for your country. If a spreadsheet row was built for another agent, convert it with the link helper. If you want a second opinion before ordering, our WhatsApp chat is a separate buying service: send a link and we reply with a total price including delivery. For anything that changes often, such as agent status, each page shows the date we last checked.
Check the site, read the terms, plan the shipping, then order.
