Two agents French buyers talk about
France is Usfans' second-largest market by searches, and BBDBuy is one of the agents most reviewed by French buyers. Both appear often in French spreadsheet communities, and many French buyers end up comparing them directly. The good news is that both are operating. The bad news is that BBDBuy's popularity in France has attracted a fake site using a French domain, which deserves attention before anything else.
Both agents serve France well; check BBDBuy's domain carefully before you start.
Warning: bbdbuy.fr
The domain bbdbuy.fr has been flagged as a phishing site. Its French ending makes it look like a local version of the agent, which is exactly why it's effective. Never log in or enter card details there. Type the agent's address carefully, avoid links from unsolicited messages, and if you've entered your password on a suspicious site, change it on the real site straight away. Usfans has its own copycat problem, with us-fans.com flagged as a clone; our real-site check covers it.
A country ending doesn't make a domain official; check it letter by letter.

What French reviews say about BBDBuy
French buyers reviewing BBDBuy describe shipping prices of around €7 to €8 per kilo on a heavier parcel and about €10 per kilo on others, with deliveries in roughly 10 to 17 days. These are individual reports rather than published rates, and prices change by line and weight, but they give a useful benchmark when you compare a Usfans line for the same parcel.
Use BBDBuy's reported per-kilo prices as a benchmark, then compare full totals.
Taxes for French parcels
Whichever agent you use, French parcels pay 20% VAT from the first euro and, since 1 July 2026, a €3 customs duty for each item category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS. Ten identical t-shirts count as one category; a t-shirt and a cap as two. A line that collects taxes at checkout avoids handling fees at the door. Our Paris guide covers this in detail, and French readers can start at Usfans, c'est quoi ?
Taxes are the same at both agents; choose a line that collects them upfront.
Moving links between BBDBuy and Usfans
- Copy a BBDBuy link from your spreadsheet.
- Extract the original link with the link helper.
- Paste it into usfans.com and confirm the listing and sizes.
Check the listing, price and size chart again once it opens in Usfans, because sellers update their pages and old spreadsheet rows can drift out of date.
The item number moves freely; the agent is your choice.
Delivery in France
Most economy lines to France hand parcels to La Poste or Colissimo for the last leg; express and duties-paid lines use couriers such as DHL. Courier lines are faster and settle taxes upfront, but cost more per kilo. Whichever agent you use, keep your phone number on the address, since couriers use it for delivery updates, and screenshot the promised delivery window when you pay so you can raise a claim if it's missed.
Courier lines for speed and certainty, postal lines for price.
Paying from France
Both agents accept international cards, and PayPal appears among Usfans' options. Payments processed in another currency can carry a conversion fee from your bank, so compare your first statement with the checkout total. Pay per order rather than loading a balance; it limits your exposure if anything goes wrong, a lesson many buyers learned during the 2026 agent closures.
Pay per order and check the currency on your first statement.
Trust and reviews
BBDBuy's French review base gives buyers plenty of detailed experiences to read. Usfans' Trustpilot rating was suppressed after a fake-review sanction, so its detailed recent reviews are more useful than its score; they praise photos, packing and support and criticise uneven delivery times. For a first order at either agent, start small, pay by card or PayPal, and check the domain before logging in. French readers can find a summary of Usfans reviews in Usfans avis.
Read detailed reviews, start small and double-check the domain.
Which to choose
Choose BBDBuy if you trust its French review base and its reported per-kilo prices suit your parcels, taking care with the domain. Choose Usfans if you want terms stated on the agent's own site, duties-paid DHL options, or a Spanish interface. Comparing the same parcel at both, with taxes, settles most cases. French buyers also review Rizzitgo often, which is worth a look too.
Compare one real parcel at both agents and let the delivered total decide.
