Where TikTok sheets come from
A haul video shows a jacket, a pair of trainers and a bag; the caption says "spreadsheet in bio". That link usually opens a Google sheet or a small website listing every item with a photo, a price and an agent link. Searches for "tiktok spreadsheet" run at about 190 a month in our data, and what's striking is how Google completes them: with agent names. In Spain and France, "tiktok spreadsheet usfans" sits alongside CNFans, Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Acbuy, Hipobuy and Hoobuy.
Two other suggestions, "spreadsheet tiktok shop" and "tiktok content spreadsheet", are different topics: TikTok's own store, and planners for creators' posting schedules.
A TikTok sheet is an agent sheet with a video in front of it.
Which agent the sheet assumes
Creators build sheets around one agent, usually the one paying them through an invite code. The links look like agent pages, but inside each one is the original marketplace item number from Taobao, Weidian or 1688. That's what makes the sheet portable.
| Sheet built for | Status on our hub | Using it with Usfans |
|---|---|---|
| CNFans | Closed | Extract the item number, paste into Usfans |
| Oopbuy | Working | Either agent works |
| Kakobuy | Working | Either agent works |
| Usfans | Working | Paste directly |
Statuses change; the agent hub shows the date each one was last checked.
Any agent's sheet can be reused, because the item number is inside the link.
Why so many sheets still say CNFans
"Tiktok spreadsheet cnfans" is the top agent suggestion in all three regions, even though CNFans has closed. TikTok videos keep circulating long after they're posted, and their bio links rarely get updated. If you open a sheet and every link goes to CNFans, the items may still exist on Taobao or Weidian. Run a link through the Usfans link helper to pull out the item number, then open that listing on usfans.com and check it's still the same product.
Old CNFans sheets still work as item lists, not as checkout links.
Checking a creator's sheet
- Date it: look for an update date and compare it with the video.
- Sample a few links: dead or redirected links usually mean the rest are stale too.
- Watch the domain: some sheets route through look-alike agent domains; our clone check lists the Usfans ones.
- Treat invite codes as optional: they reward the creator and shouldn't change the item price.
- Trust your QC photos over the video; lighting and filters flatter everything.
Date, sample, check the domain, then judge on your own photos.
Spanish and French creators
"Tiktok spreadsheet usfans" appears in Spain and France but not in the US suggestions, which matches Usfans' audience: nearly half its searches come from Spain and France is second. Spanish-language haul creators often build sheets around Usfans because its interface is available in Spanish. That makes Spanish TikTok one of the easiest places to find a sheet that needs no conversion at all.
Spanish TikTok is where Usfans-ready sheets are most common.
What a useful creator sheet includes
| Column | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Photo | Matches the item to the video |
| Price in yuan | Lets you compare across agents without exchange-rate markups |
| Agent link | Carries the marketplace item number |
| Size note | Creator's own fit advice, often the most useful line |
| Weight estimate | Helps estimate shipping before ordering |
| Last updated | Tells you whether to trust the links |
Sheets without prices in yuan or update dates are harder to trust. Weight estimates help you plan the parcel with the shipping estimator.
Photo, yuan price, size note and a date make a sheet worth using.
Invite codes and what they cost you
Almost every TikTok sheet asks you to register with the creator's invite code. The code usually gives the creator a share of fees or points, and sometimes gives you a welcome coupon. It shouldn't change the item price. If a sheet only works after you sign up through its code, or asks you to pay the creator rather than the agent, treat it with suspicion.
Codes are optional; paying a creator directly is a red flag.
TikTok Shop is a different thing
TikTok Shop is TikTok's in-app store, with its own sellers, checkout, returns and local warehouses in the markets where it operates. Products tagged in a video with a shopping bag icon are sold there. Creator spreadsheets link out of TikTok to agents and Chinese marketplaces instead, with none of TikTok Shop's protections, which is why checking the agent and your photos matters more.
Shopping-bag tags are TikTok Shop; bio spreadsheets lead to agents.
From TikTok haul to Usfans order
Spanish buyers make up most Usfans searches, and our Spanish guide to Usfans links covers the same process in Spanish. In short: copy the link, extract the item number if it's another agent's link, open it on usfans.com, pick the size from the seller's chart, and wait for the warehouse photos before shipping. Our page on Usfans communities covers where else buyers share sheets.
Copy, convert, check photos, ship.
FAQ
What is a TikTok spreadsheet?
A list of product links a TikTok creator shares, usually via the link in their bio, after showing items in videos. The links normally go through a shopping agent.
Can I use a CNFans TikTok sheet with Usfans?
Yes. CNFans has closed, but each link contains the Taobao or Weidian item number. The link helper extracts it so you can paste a clean link into Usfans.
Why does every link include an invite code?
Agents reward creators for sign-ups and orders through their codes. Using one is optional and shouldn't change the item price.
Is TikTok Shop the same thing?
No. TikTok Shop is TikTok's own store with its own sellers and checkout. Creator spreadsheets link out to agents instead.
How do I know a creator's sheet is current?
Check the date on the sheet, open a few links, and compare with the video date. Old sheets often have dead or swapped listings.
