A Spanish search more than anything
About 3,200 people a month search for a Hacoo spreadsheet, the second-largest platform term in our data after DHgate. The suggestions make the audience obvious. In Spain, Google offers "hacoo spreadsheet españa", "spreadsheet hacoo mujer", "hombre", "zapatillas", "relojes" and "futbol"; in the US and France the list includes "uk", "women" and "pdf". Hacoo became one of the most downloaded shopping apps in Spain through TikTok hauls, and the lists followed.
That overlap is why Hacoo sits on a Usfans site at all: Spain is also Usfans' largest market. The two are different kinds of service, though, and this page is mostly about Hacoo on its own terms.
Hacoo lists are a Spanish phenomenon, built on TikTok hauls.
How Hacoo works: an app, not a website
Hacoo is the renamed Saramart app, published by Sara Mart Limited. It is a marketplace: many sellers list products, you pay Hacoo, and the parcel comes to you. The important quirk is that purchases happen only in the mobile app for Android and iOS. A link in a spreadsheet therefore opens the app, or a page asking you to install it, rather than a normal web shop.
| Question | Hacoo's answer |
|---|---|
| Where do I pay? | Inside the mobile app only |
| Who ships? | Hacoo and its sellers, directly to you |
| Shipping fee | A basic fee by country under 5 kg, shown at checkout |
| Delivery to Spain | 15–30 days quoted on Hacoo's shipping page |
| Delivery to UK, FR, DE, IT | 15–25 days quoted |
Every Hacoo link leads into the app; that's normal, not a broken link.
Mujer, hombre, zapatillas: what the lists contain
Lists are usually split into tabs. Women's tabs (mujer) lean on bags, dresses and jewellery; men's tabs (hombre) on tracksuits, jackets and football shirts; shoe tabs (zapatillas) on trainers. Watches (relojes) appear as their own tab in some Spanish lists. Many listings in these lists use the names and logos of well-known brands. Goods that infringe a trademark can be seized by Spanish and EU customs, and the buyer usually loses both the item and the money, so this site doesn't recommend specific listings of that kind.
For trainers in particular, measure your foot in millimetres and use the listing's length column; our shoe sizing guide was written for Usfans buyers but the method is identical.
Lists split by mujer, hombre and zapatillas; branded listings carry seizure risk.
Links, Excel and PDF versions
"Links", "excel" and "pdf" all appear in the suggestions because the same list travels in several formats. A Google sheet can be updated, so it's usually the freshest. An Excel file or PDF is a snapshot that starts going stale the day it's shared: listings get removed, prices change, and sellers swap items behind the same link.
- Prefer a live sheet over a downloaded file when you have the choice.
- Check the listing date and reviews in the app before paying, not the price in the file.
- Don't pay for a list; the links are ordinary app listings.
- Watch for invite codes; many lists carry the creator's referral code.
The same stale-link problem affects agent sheets, which is why our page on old 2025 Usfans sheets explains how to check whether a link still works.
Live sheets beat PDFs; confirm every price in the app.
Taxes and the €3 duty in Spain
Hacoo parcels to mainland Spain and the Balearics carry 21% VAT, and since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a €3 customs duty for each item category in parcels up to €150. A parcel with a bag, a tracksuit and trainers counts as three categories. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla follow their own tax rules. Our Madrid and Spain shipping guide has the details, and they apply to any parcel from China.
Add 21% VAT and €3 for each kind of item in small parcels.
Returns: who pays
Hacoo's help centre splits returns by cause. If the problem is Hacoo's fault, it covers the return shipping up to 30 US dollars. If you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size, you pay the return postage and any customs costs, and shipping fees aren't refunded. Sending a parcel back to Asia can cost more than a cheap item, so sizing carefully is worth more than relying on returns. Trustpilot reviewers mention slow refunds and missing items among the complaints.
Wrong size is your cost; Hacoo's mistakes are capped at $30 shipping.
Hacoo, Usfans or both?
| Hacoo | Usfans | |
|---|---|---|
| Type | App marketplace | Shopping agent |
| Products | Hacoo's own sellers | Taobao, Weidian and 1688 sellers |
| Photos before shipping | Listing and review photos | 3–5 free QC photos of your item |
| Checkout | One payment in the app | Item first, shipping after photos |
| Spanish support | App in Spanish | Site in Spanish, Spain-focused line |
Plenty of Spanish buyers use both: Hacoo for quick, cheap orders, and an agent for spreadsheet finds that only exist on Taobao or Weidian. If that's you, start with cómo comprar en Usfans and compare delivery options in la línea española. For other direct shops, see DHgate, Temu and SHEIN.
Hacoo for fast app buys; Usfans for Taobao and Weidian finds you want to check.
