Returns and the 2026 duty
SHEIN's return window depends on which country site you buy from; current guides cite anything from 30 to 45 days. The first return in each order is usually free, and since August 2026 SHEIN's policy says returns are subject to a fair-use policy, which lets it limit customers who return very often. Later returns from the same order carry a fee, which in Portugal is €4.50 deducted from the refund, according to one carrier's guide.
